Dr. Job is a Family Practice physician in San Jose, CA specializing in Integrative Medicine, bringing mind-body and alternative healing practices to full-spectrum patient-centered Primary Care. Modern medicine has become a double-edged sword. It offers tremendous power to treat illness but in so doing often causes unwanted side effects and alienates the person from their own body. My goal as an Integrative Medicine healer is to put the control back into the patient's hands. With herbal remedies, mind-body techniques and a growing network of alternative health practicitioners in the area (acupuncture, massage, hypnotherapy, energy work, spiritual therapy, and others), we are able to achieve a holistic approach towards healing the whole person rather than simply "conquering" disease. This broader paradigm gives us many more options for treating illness and affords us much more flexibility and customization of care, acknowledging the uniqueness of each individual rather than a "one size fits all" approach.
