While raising three children, all of whom suffered from serious allergies and severe life threatening asthma, Pamela Nathan desperately branched out of main stream medical practices seeking answers in the realms of alternative medicine. This led to post-graduate work at Lindlahr College of Natural Therapeutics, South Africa, where she earned a degree in homeopathic medicine.

It was then that Pamela was introduced to nutritional supplementation and the practices of transcendental meditation and yoga. She continued to explore complementary health products and practices. She became certified in the practice of acupuncture in 1986, which finally culminated in the emergence of a health center.

In 1996 and 1997 she co-authored research studies on the effectiveness of her behavior modification program, which was presented at annual reproductive medicine meetings. The studies documented a dramatic 42% and 43% reduction in subjective stress level scores.

Pamela's unique approach to complementary health care combines both Western and Eastern philosophies using products and techniques that promote long term benefits.

Through education, behavior modification and supplementation participants in her programs see remarkable improvements in their health conditions as well as their sense of well being.
