Profile and Credentials
Elaine is a nurse who specialized in public health and home care nursing during her early career. Philosophy and Comments
Birth should be a joyous experience for the mother, her partner and all the support people. With loving and encouraging support most women can give birth with a minimum of medical intervention. As a doula my great pleasure is to help a woman discover her own strength. Even when medical procedures are necessary the couple should feel that they have been full participants in the birthing experience.
Work Hours and Fee Schedule
Work hours are flexible. Elaine works out of her own home. She can be reached by phone, email or pager.
