The 2008
Friends and Fellowship Bellingham

Fairs will be open to the public from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. The doors will be open for set-up from 10:00 am; pack-up,

EVERYONE:
Please only use purple or blue painter's tape for hanging things on a wall. Also, in the morning you may park as near to the door as possible to unload your supplies or product; however, when you are finished
move your vehicle so potential clients / customers will have the easiest access to the fair.
ATTENTION 2008 EVERETT FAIR NOTE: We arrange space in the Monte Cristo Ballroom / Meeting Room through Clipper Cove Catering (
clippercovecatering.com). As a result, all food and beverages on site would have to be purchased through Clipper Cove Catering. So fair participants are asked to either go out for meals and beverages or, if you bring your own, eat and drink them out of the Ballroom / Meeting Room we rent. A water station is provided.
Early registration opportunities for all fairs are from November 2007 through the Saturday
three weeks before an event.
A $15.00 increase will apply for registrations received from the Sunday three weeks before an event until the Friday before an event. Of course, very last minute registration depends on space being available.
