Renee Baribeau is the Director of the Healing Arts Center in Palm Desert. She also works as a shamanic coach, teacher, writer, chef, event planner, and gift wrapper for healers.

Renee uses a creative approach in her classes and workshops, which have included the following: Sacred Play, Creating Your Personal Spirit Doll, Tending to Your Sacred Garden, Sweat Lodges, Gift-Wrapping Your Healing Practice, Shamanic Rebirthing, Real Forgiveness, and Introduction to Shamanism. She is currently developing a year-long training program called “The Wheels of Recovery.” This program came to life after Renee conducted 12-step workshops and sensed the need to go beyond that traditional model in recovery from addiction. She also organized the Business of Healing conference in March 2007; this led Renee to focus her intention on the Healing of Business, which she plans to roll out in 2008. She is available for speaking and training engagements.

Renee’s marketing and public relations skills have brought her many life successes. A talented chef who has cooked for dignitaries as well as “regular folk,” she has owned and operated two popular restaurants, started two upscale catering businesses, and worked her way into corporate senior management. This gave her real-world corporate training, which can be more valuable than an advanced degree in business. Her formal degree is in Communications from the University of Maine, but the learning cycle never ends: Renee is particularly interested in the arts and film making. A loyal friend and avid traveler, Renee tenaciously pursues her “work” and is fearless and unrelenting in her pursuit of truth.

About Our Company

Enlightening Productions, Inc., although only recently incorporated, has been operating for over five years producing events, organizing workshops, and creating training videos. Most recently, we are moving into the technology of producing teleclasses and teleconferences. As a growing business ourselves, we at Enlightening Productions, Inc. remain firm in our commitment to helping business heal through healing the people who conduct business and encouraging the creation of new models for business and education.
