SI provides an invaluable holistic health alternative in compassionate and caring massage therapy and bodywork, promoting wellness, youthfulness, ease, grace, energy, stamina, self-confidence, transformation and personal growth. It systematically releases patterns of stress and impaired function. It re-engineers our body, improving its architecture and balancing our systems to make maximum use of our natural components.

Our issues are in our tissues, and these stored patterns affect our experience of life. SI works from an integrative body/mind perspective. While it has the potential to affect profound change, I pay attention to the comfort range of the client so that the process is a nurturing one. Sometimes people experience relief as chronic holding patterns are released. As we confront our structural issues, we become stronger, more grounded and closer to our essence.
