Philosophy and Comments

I beleive that if you wouldnt eat it, then dont put it on your skin. All my linens are even washed in organic soap without perfume or any of the 800 caner causing ingredients found in our everday products. Most essential oils are toxic(90% on the market) and say not to use internally.....beware! Most are processed with high heat which destroys their therapeutic values. They are also distilled with petrochemiclas in the steam, which goes into the oil.If you want more information on purchasing these oils contact me. 989-996-0830. Young Living Distributor #713437.

Work Hours and Fee Schedule

Swedish massage:

1 Hour $60, 90 minutes $90

Therapeutic massage acts on the nervous system to counteract the body's response to stress, relaxing muscle tension and allowing heart rate, blood pressure and circulation to return to normal. Massage is one of the most accessible supportive measures you can seek for chronic pain. A relaxing treatment for overall well being.

Deep Tissue Massage:

1 hour $70, 90 minutes $100

Deep tissue massage is used to release chronic muscle tension through slower strokes and more direct deep pressure or friction applied to the deeper muscles. Deep tissue massage helps to break up and eliminate scar tissue. Deep tissue massage usually focuses on more specific areas.

Chair Massage:

15 minutes $15, or $1 a minute

On-site or chair massage- is one name for a short (10-15 minute) massage of a client sitting in a special, portable massage chair. The client remains fully clothed and no oils are used while their shoulders, neck, upper back, head and arms are massaged. This is great before, during or after a workout, or at any time you desire pure relaxation or relief from tight, sore muscles. Group Chair massages are also available at your business or home.

Pre-natal Massage:

1 hour $70

The benefits include: emotional support and nurturing touch, relaxation and decreased insomnia, stress relief on weight-bearing joints, such as ankles, lower back and pelvis, neck and back pain relief caused by muscle imbalance and weakness, assistance in maintaining proper posture, preparing the muscles used during childbirth, reduced swelling in hands and feet, lessened sciatic pain, fewer calf cramps, and headache and sinus congestion relief. The best benefit is the relaxation and stress relief.

Neuromuscular Massage:

1 hour $70, 90 minutes $100

This is a form of deep tissue massage that is applied to individual muscles. It is used to increase blood flow, reduce pain and release pressure on nerves caused by injuries to muscles and other soft tissue. Neuromuscular massage helps release trigger points; intense knots of tense muscle can also "refer" pain to other parts of the body. Relieving a tense trigger point in your back, for example, could help ease pain in your shoulder or reduce headaches.

Hot stone Massage:

90 minutes $110

Hot Stone Massage is the application of water-heated basalt lava rock to the body, delivering a deeply therapeutic and cleansing treatment. This penetrating heat therapy goes beyond the physical experience of typical massage, and enters deeper dimensions of relaxation, health, and well-being. This therapy dates back 5000 years to India and to the Mayan culture. Many report relief from muscle aches, pains, sprains and strains, poor circulation, rheumatic and arthritic conditions, back pain, stress, anxiety and tension, insomnia, depression, and fibromyalgia.

Electro-Lymphatic Therapy (ELT)

1 hour $ 70 , 90 min. $100

Many people have reported relief from cellulite, sinus problems, TMJ, asthma, muscle pain, fibromyalgia, cysts, fibroids, carpal tunnel, colitis and more! ELT uses a wand with a glass head that contains ionic chambers and gases, which disperse photons or little packets of energy that cascade through the body to dissolve any obstructions in the fluid systems of the body. According to Inventor Simon de Montfort, who works with the Miami Heart Institute, "When a congested lymphatic system is cleared, it eases up the pressure on blood capillaries. Just by clearing things out, your body can heal itself". If you’re in pain then you’re a candidate for ELT.

Ear Candling(Theromoauricular Therapy)

90 minutes, 2 candles per ear $110

Ancient remedy effective in removing troublesome blockages from the ear canal without the use of solutions, probes, or pain. Conditions that some clients have experienced relief from: headaches, ear aches, infections, TMJ, excessive wax, ringing in ears, plugged ears, hearing challenges, sinusitis, allergies, inner ear pressure and more. This technique draws ear wax and fungus deposits from deep inside your ear canal up into candle, while you relax. Treatment is followed with a lavender ear massage.

REIKI:

1 hour $60

Reiki is a simple, safe and complete hands on therapy to access a natural vibrational energy which promotes the healing processes on all levels, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Reiki helps balance the body systems; restoring the depleted energies and promoting increased vitality and longevity. Reiki is not a form of a massage. During a Reiki treatment clients enter a very deep state of relaxation. A 1-hour Reiki session is the physiological equivalent of 3-4 hours sleep, making it one of the most advanced natural stress reduction therapies available.

Raindrop Technique:

1 hour $90(includes $30 supplies)

Raindrop Technique uses a sequence of essential oils that are immune enhancing, support the body's natural defenses, as well as the circulatory, respiratory, endocrine, digestive, nervous, and other body systems. These oils, which are high in antioxidants, are also mood elevating and antiseptic, creating an unfavorable environment for harmful viruses and bacteria that can hibernate in the body. Essential oils are known to boost stamina and energy, help you relax, help manage stress and frustration and promote overall health, vitality, and longevity. The principal single oils used include:

• Thyme (Thymus vulgaris)

• Oregano (Origanum compactum)

• Wintergreen (Gaultheria procumbens)

• Cypress (Cupressus sempervirens)

• Peppermint (Mentha piperita)

• Basil (Ocimum basilicum)

• Marjoram (Origanum majorana)

I provide the ultimate organic experience by using unique aromatherapy blends, hand-made by me. All blends made with medicinal therapeutic grade A essential oils in an base of fractionated coconut oil, organic virgin live oil, grape seed oil, almond oil, wheat germ oil, organic sunflower oil, and organic sesame oil. I wash all the linens with 100% organic soap.
