I am trained in General Massage, Geriatric Massage, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Pregnancy Massage, Reflexology, Sports Massage, Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, and Hot Stone and the Raindrop Technique. I am an Advanced Level Practitioner of Integrated Energy Therapy, Reiki Master Teacher, and Certified Alexandria Body Sugaring Practitioner.
