Philosophy and Comments

There is power in the telling of our own stories. Through deep listening and by encouraging spiritual practices such as journaling, meditation, and prayer, I will accompany you as you discover the power in your story. Together we can reflect on sacred texts; identify innate gifts of imagination and creativity through music, poetry and other art forms; and acknowledge your unique wisdom.

This is a ministry of healing, one that fosters gratitude, forgiveness, reconciliation, acceptance, compassion and love.

"Lucy's presence is sanctuary."

The Rev. Hays Junkin, St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, Hopkinton, NH.

This is a friendly journal, one that explores emotional aspects, and can be a companion through diagnosis and treatment. The handbook focuses on the healing power of art and music.
