Description

The Center offers a variety of yoga (Kripalu, Power, Hot, Astanga, Vinyasa Krama, Vinyasa Flow,Integral,Hatha), meditation, pilates,Pre/Post-Natal,Mom/Baby,Therapeutic Yoga, Yoga for Rejuvenation, Yoga for Stress Reduction, monthly drumming circles, Yoga for Kids, concerts, kirtan experiences,belly dance, and holistic lifestyle classes and workshops. Yoga Teacher Certification training. The Center also provides community access to various therapeutic and bodywork practitioners, as well as a forum to support those practitioners in their work. Gift certificates and corporate programs available. Office and workshop space available for rental. Ask about our work exchange opportunities.

Over 25 teachers and practitioners bring their work to PCYH. All are fully trained, certified and/or licensed and enthusiastic professionals who teach and share what they love!

Philosophy and Comments

Guided by the principles of yoga expressed by all traditions, our goal is to create a warm, safe,inviting environment in which to explore different paths to health, healing, and personal growth. PCYH also seeks to provide a forum for holistic professionals to share their work and be supported in right livelihood. Through all its endeavors, PCYH strives to be a source and center of inspiration, information, products, and services to help meet the

needs of people living and working in the greater Princeton community and beyond.

Work Hours and Fee Schedule

Daily classes: Mornings, evenings, weekends, some lunchtimes and afternoons.
