I help you learn how to heal yourself. I intuitively combine massage therapy, therapeutic coaching, Quantum Touch, Reiki, along with other tools and life experiences.

How do I help you heal yourself? By intuitively determining what is at the core of your issues, I can assist you in deciding what you would most like to have happen, then we proceed from there. It could be as simple as you having a massage to work out a knotted muscle, or it could be much deeper, if you want to get to what's spiritually, emotionally and mentally underneath that muscle continously knotting up. It's your choice.

I believe the human body can heal itself when all layers of the body are acknowledged and healed. When issues are not dealt with in the spiritual, emotional or mental bodies, they become issues in the tissues. Come to terms with what is ailing the spiritual, emotional and mental bodies, and the physical body can heal.

I am available to teach Quantum Touch Basic Live Workshops in Minnesota, North and South Dakota, western Montana and Iowa. Classes are $295 for a 12-hour, two day class. Twelve hours of nursing CNA's are available for an additional $30 through AANA.

Reiki 1 is $75, Reiki 2 is $150, Reiki 3/Master is $225 for an 8 hour class. Please call me for further information.
