It is important to understand the concept of an emotional state. A state has an energetic resonance. Our emotional state is determined by our internal representations and our physiology. When one is depressed one is looking at life in a particular way, as well as using the body in a particular manner to feel depressed.

Nationally certified through the Transpersonal Hypnotherapy Institute and the American Council of Hypnosis Examiners and trained in Regression Therapy, Jungian Dreamwork, NLP, Interactive Guided Imagery, and Future-life Progression. Katharine is certified as an Electro-magnetic Field Energy Balancing Practitioner and has worked as a spiritual guide for 17 years in Maui, California, and Las Vegas.
