Christine is a graduate of the Ontario Hypnosis Centre. She is most often asked to help with overcoming habits such as smoking, or phobias such as spiders. Often clients want to deal with multiple issues such as self-confidence or attracting love. Individualized hypnotherapy scripts help a person change their self-image in the ways they wish, so that they can become their own true selves. Christine Nightingale is also a Reiki Master.(This is an ancient form of energy healing).She does past-life regression hypnosis(which helps people understand their life tasks, soul mates, and life themes, and overcome self-defeating behaviour.)She also does past-life readings by e-mail . Christine teaches Introduction to Alternative Therapy classes at George Brown College in Toronto which cover, for example, the uses of essential oils, using carrier oils, making blends, massage techniques, and making your own perfumes.
