I am a mature, well educated, therapist with a broad spectrum of healing modalities; massage therapy, reiki, spiritual counseling, and tantra. My most resent branch of healing has been to focus on tantra. I received my tantric training through "Tantra at Tahoe", as well as attending local tantra meetings and events with Kamala Devi (a local Life Coach, Author, and Tantric Goddess). I really believe in the healing benefits of Tantra and take it very seriously.

I have a master's degree in Art therapy from Nazareth College, Rochester New York and worked many years in the mental health field before I decided to make body work and alternative healing my full time focus. I am also a Reiki Master. Reiki was the first alternative healing modality I acquired training in. I studied Reiki at the Loving Touch Reiki Center in Rochester New York, and have practiced Reiki for over 10 years now. Through my practice and study of energy work, I noticed that there seemed to be some similarities between Reiki and Tantra. The Life Force Energy, chakra work, Kundalini energy and moving energy through the body all seemed to harmonize well together, and I thought blending these modalities together would be a dynamic combo!

I received my massage therapy training at Body Mind College here in San Diego and have been working full time as a massage therapist for over 2 1/2 years and now, also offer tantric sessions for individual clients or couples who are serious about wanting to learn and explore the healing benefits of tantra.

Awaken the Kundalini with Tantric Massage

One of the primary purposes of Tantra (and Tantric Massage) is to awaken the Kundalini.
