I retain a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine, Diplomat in Ayurvedic Medicine. Certification as

a Transcendental Meditation Instructor since 1969,having been trained in India personally by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. Certified Family and Design Analyst in the Human Design System, trained personally by the founder Ra Uru Hu. Anointing Oil Therapist, trained by Dr. Gary Young.

Total health involves, Spiritual, Emotional, Mental, and Physical aspects of the Human Being.




If there is dis-ease on the level of the soul it can eventually create disease in the physical body. Therefore the level of "who we really are" begins with the soul.

Soul affects (feeling) or emotions, which affects the mental assessment, and the physical expresses

all of the rest.




The key to perfect health is At-One-Ment with all four aspects of the human being. When that happens we can truly "Be in the world, not of the world". No More Stress!
