Betty Casper is a freelance graphic designer and oil painter who owns Casper Studio, located in New London, Wisconsin. As a fine artist, she often mixes her skills of photography and painting, using her photos as reference in an original oil. Portraits, Animals, and Nature are her specialty.

Born and raised in Neenah, Wisconsin, Betty received her B.A. degree in art/graphic design from St. Norbert College, DePere, Wisconsin. As an active participant in the art fair circuit, she has exhibited with Ducks Unlimited, the Butte des Morts Conservation Club, and was a top ten finalist in the "Wisconsin Wildlife Federation" print of the year in 2004.
