Formerly taught nursing at Jefferson Community College and University of Louisville, I have taught numerous continuing education courses for nurses and other professionals throughout Kentucky and have also conducted numerous Stop Smoking and Weight control Group sessions for corporations and health care associations.

I believe strongly in the body mind connection. What you think in your mind manifests itself in your body and spiritual life. I use hypnosis EFT, NLP and reiki techniques entertwined in my sessions to help you achieve your goals.

I see myself as a personal trainer for your mind. Working with me is like working with a personal trainer with the added benefit of healing hypnosis and the individualized tapes or CDs I make for you.
