Feldenkrais is a method of discovering the possibilities of your skeleton and your muscles. Group sessions are called Awareness Through Movement; Individual sessions are called Functional Integration.

I am a Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner. I completed my training in 2002.

I am willing to travel and will do a group lesson. I offer referral discounts.

Currently I am teaching from my home. I offer Individual Awareness Through Movement lessons as well as Individual Functional Integration lessons.
