Certified as a Master Somatic Coach and licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist, I am committed to helping clients transform suffering into j o y - particularly those with a trauma and addiction background.

Philosophy and Comments

I believe the experience of trauma and addiction is stored in the body at cellular level, thus intellectual and insightful oriented therapeutic work is valuable, and incomplete. I'm trained as a somatic psychotherapist / somatic coach and use the innate wisdom of the body to guide and support clients' healing and transformation.
