Profile and Credentials

Danielle Gault specializes in personal and professional development. She has a BA in Psychology and a post-graduate diploma in Human Resources Management. She is a qualified teacher of reflexology and yoga and was a long-time student of yogi Shri Brahmananda Sarasvati, before his death in 1993. Danielle has conducted many corporate programs on personality awareness, stress management, teambuilding, problem solving, and communication.

Work Hours and Fee Schedule

Yoga classes -- Danielle's Meditative Hatha Yoga Flow -- are held in Oakville, Ontario at Total Balance, 282 Church Street on Tuesdays at 9:15 am.

Reflexology treatments (hands, ear or feet) are given, also at Total Balance, as arranged privately. Please inquire.

Fee schedule for yoga classes:

10 classes $100*, 15 classes $135*, 20 classes $180*, 30 classes $230*, 3 month unlimited $230*, 1 year unlimited $795*. *All prices + GST.

Certification in Hand, Ear and Foot Reflexology

Reflexology is a natural healing art based on working reflexes in the hands, feet and ears that correspond to every part of the body. Danielle is presenting three classes, with certification through the Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC).

Hand Reflexology: May 17-18, 2008.

Ear Reflexology: Mar. 29-30, 2008.

Foot Reflexology: Apr. 26- May 3, 2008.

The fee for the Hand course is $410 + GST for RAC members, $410 + $170 membership + GST for non-members. The same fees apply for the Ear course. The foot course costs $895 + GST.

All courses are held at the National Yacht Club, Toronto.

Meditative Hatha Yoga Flow classes

The Meditative Hatha Yoga Flow class is designed to help normalize physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being by allowing the yoga student to step back, take a breather, stretch out the tensions in the muscles, relax the mind, and let go. This class develops strength and flexibility, improves coordination and increases cardiovascular efficiency with peaceful yoga postures and breathing practices. This safe approach for integrating mind/body patterns helps to balance life’s energies and promote personal and spiritual well being.
