Advanced Options, LLC provides outpatient psychotherapy services and Neurofeedback to clients of all ages. We start with a full assessment and then design an individualized treatment plan for each client. Our staff is foremost in the field for helping people feel better. Deb opened her practice in 1994 and added Neurofeedback in 1999. Using NF, she was able to get her ADHD daughter off medication, and to heal herself form 13 years of Fibromyalgia. She has helped hundreds of clients reduce or eliminate medications using NF. 93% of Deb’s clients who have had 5+ NF sessions reported improvement in their symptoms and lives.

What is Neurofeedback?

Neurofeedback is a computer-based biofeedback system that gives information to the client about what their brainwaves are doing. The client plays a video game without using their hands—just by changing their thoughts. This exercise helps the brain to re-regulate itself and thus can impact most things the brain controls! Studies show that Neurofeedback works as well as medication for ADHD, and improves depression panic attacks, anxiety, sleep problems, addictions, and much more.

Advanced Options,LLC accepts most health insurances for Psychotherapy. Neurofeedback is not covered by most insurance companies so there is an additional fee beyond the psychotherapy charge for Neurofeedback of between $30-$40 per visit.

15 year old AT couldn’t attend school because of severe panic attacks. She couldn’t go to stores or visit friends. She had IBS, Fibroymyalgia, and couldn’t sleep. AN, a 9 year old boy, had been kicked out of school for violent and aggressive behavior. He was on 3 psychotropic medications and 2 stimulants.
