We offer many different types of Chiropractic treatment. Activator Methods uses a hand held instrument that delivers a precise, subtle and gentle adjustment. Diversified, hands-on, adjustments provide a great relief to tight and stiff areas. We use drop table adjustments to relign hips, pelvis and sacral areas.
We focus on total body wellness. Its important to us that you are feeling the best you can feel everyday. We check major areas of nutrition such as proper antioxidents, essential fatty acids, vitamins and minerals. We also focus on patient education in relation to proper hydration levels and protein, good fat, and complex carbohydrate consumption.
Acupuncture has been used in China for over 3000 years to both treat medical illnesses, and also to promote general wellness and prevention. Patients feel better and are able to rely less on prescription medicines for asthma, indigestion, pain, and much more.
By checking specific muscles in the body, we can learn information about certain weaknesses and patterns that you may have. Once we check to see which muscle groups are weak, we can then focus treatment including:Specific nutrients (vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, etc), Neurolymphatic massage (tender points that when rubbed strengthen weak muscles), Neurovascular points (balancing subtle energy pulses of the body to strengthen muscles), Acupuncture points (balance the meridian energies of the body), and spinal adjustments (correct nervous system imbalances--which cause muscle weakness)
