Unergi-Body Psychotherapy. A holistic therapy method that integrated body, mind, emotions, spirit, creativity and the healing forces of nature. A session may include body awareness, intentional touch, movement, verbal therapy, creative self-expression, dream work, energy flow therapy and communing with nature.
