LifeWays Retreat is a residential facility which is perfect if you wish to create your own quiet nurturing solo personal retreat or have an inspired creative writing space.

Perched on one of many pyramid shaped hills, a breath taking panoramic view from this location continually moves and woos people into its magic.

Let the pristine setting with mountains, lakes, and open space take you away from your daily crunch and busy-ness.

Profile and Credentials

When I was eight years old I had a memory that inspired my life pursuits. Some where, some time in this universe or another, I remembered living in a place where people just loved being creative. Laughing a lot while sharing stories and insights with each other. No arguing. No fighting.

Of course, I was told I’m wrong and that the world doesn’t work that way. Well . . . can’t I at least try?

Subsequently I have studied and practiced effective listening and interpersonal communications, transpersonal and clinical psychology, energetic clearing or mental-emotional release and consciousness expansion work along with hands-on subtle energy bodywork and holistic healing.

My life has been dedicated to educating, counseling, acknowledging and inspiring others, and facilitating personal empowerment in a variety of capacities.

For 35 years I have participated on the planet as an educator and facilitator of change.

Philosophy and Comments

Hi, Natasha here. Like all of us, I have made lots of concrete conclusions and decisions in my life that still limit me. And, I have plenty of limiting beliefs still hanging around that throw me off.

Most importantly, I am willing to receive anything anyone else thinks or says about me with loving allowance for myself and without judging and condemning myself. And that's a biggy!

Also, I am willing to do what ever it takes for me to stay present, to change, and live from the re-membrance of our one-ness.

In the past, my spiritual practice has included Tibetan Buddhist Dzogchen meditation, Christian spirituality, and various new age thought. My Master of Divinity, from San Francisco Theological Seminary, was focused on process theology, spiritual formation, interfaith dialogue, and art as scared expression.

Today I am all of that and none of that. Now I more easily and consistently can live from the re-membrance of the greatness of me . . . my expansive and all knowing being--oneness. You know, I'm the one I've been looking for all these years. We are the one/s we have been waiting for.

Now is the time for each of us to remember. And to re-member all parts of ourself. To graciously and lovingly be me/us/the great spirit One.

The TOTAL-BEING INTEGRATION BodyWork and Clearing process eliminates prevailing energetic distortions and expands conscious awareness in all aspects of your being. With limiting beliefs and fears cleared you will have more conscious awareness, heartfelt perception and allowance of yourself and life, and free-will choice.

TOTAL-BEING INTEGRATION CLASSES: If you are you already versed in hands-on energy work or clearing processes, you don’t have to start over again. Just integrate this into your own work. This training also is appropriate if you are just beginning to do healing or energetic clearing or hands-on energy work.

ADVANCED TRAINING: 2-Day Weekend. $350

ENERGETIC CLEARING & TRANSFORMATIONAL CHANGE FACILITATION can be easily & effectively conducted over the phone. INDIVIDUAL CLEARING SESSION: $100/hour
