Private coaching session that is customized to the individual to learn to connect with yourself in a whole new way through tantric practice, communication and love skills. Sessions include the following: Conversation, Breathing, Internal muscle and Chakra exercises; Connecting sexual with heart energy; Sacred Spot instructions and the exploation of the feminine/masculine within. A brief history and philosophy will be included.
Couples Sessions are tailored to help the couple evolve into the Tantric experience. The couple will be guided through methods on how they can enhance their relationship, what practices work to inspire and sustain their love connection, and how to start creating intimacy. Sessions include: Honoring the masculine/feminine within oneself and your partner, sensory development and tantric touch, connecting and building intimacy, healing practices and ritual work. A brief history and philosophy will be included.
