The Mind Body Center for Women nurtures the

mind, body and spirit through meditation,

guided imagery, Reiki, and nutritional

counseling. Set in historic Stony Brook, the

Center provides a welcome haven to women who

are in search of being involved in their own wellness.

The Mind Body Center for Women has staff that

includes a NY state certified psychotherapist

with additional certification in clinical meditation

and imagery and a nurse practitioner with specialization

in herbal medicine, nutritional counselling and Reiki.

The Mind Body Center recognizes that the journey to wellness

engages the mind, body and spirit. The

mission of the Center is to provide a safe

and nurturing environment for women who are

in search of being active towards their own wellness.

The Mind Body Center for Women is available

by appointment for Tuesday and Thursday

evenings and Saturday mornings. First

consult fee (90mins)$150. Followup 1 hour

sessions $100. Sliding Scale Fees can apply.
