I am a landscape painter. Oil on canvas.

I love farms and parks plowed fields and Lake Superior for subjects. I have recently started painting landmarks around my area. I am a steeple chaser. It I see an old style steeple I have to get a look at the church. I just love to paint. I have been and illustrator and painter for over 30 years and it gets more fun every year.

I attended the Mpls College of Art and Design in the mid 60's.

I have been a graphic designer, illustrator and painter for over 30 years. I was the art director of Lake Superior Magazine for 8 years. I have designed and illustrated 6 books and countless catalogues and magazines. I have won one national award and reginal award for book and magazine design.

I love painting scenes that show the hand of man on the landscape. Like a newly plowed field or a lush park in summer. Or as in my town the shipping canal and light house on the big lake.

I work normal work hours and weekends if need be. My fee for commision painting is $30 per hour.
