The focus of life coaching involves taking care of ourselves with the help of a coach. Through caring for ourselves, we naturally become more present to what is going on within and around us. When you are happy with yourself, you will be more available to the people you care about in your life. Coaching is a mutual partnership that challenges people to take action in those areas of their lives they find lacking.

There is beauty in being listened to fully, without having someone preoccupied with his or her own thoughts. It is highly beneficial to have someone help you assess where you are now and where you would like to go in the future. There is power in being asked thought provoking questions and focusing on enhancing your strengths. Ready, Set, Grow!!!!!

Profile and Credentials

Cathie assists others in taking action in their lives to achieve their goals and dreams. She has had the opportunity to witness the power that a change in attitude, direction and perspective has had in her own life and the lives of other people. She has a unique blend of humor, wisdom and genuine caring. Prior to coaching, Cathie graduated cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and majored in Marketing. She had the opportunity to work for many large financial corporations and for a prestigious University as well.

Her most rewarding work experiences, however, were found in talking with others, about what mattered most to them in their personal lives. From these connections she was inspired to pursue a career in coaching.

She became involved with Coach University at Coachu.com and participated in their extensive coaching curriculum. As a result, she founded Powerful Life Solutions, LLC and is achieving her goal of helping others make a difference in their lives.

Philosophy and Comments

Living powerfully means looking within yourself and exploring your world from the inside out. Our thoughts are powerful and what we focus on creates our experiences. Focusing on what’s possible creates an attractive force for good. Changing our perceptions of the world through coaching, is an illuminating experience and creates new growth possibilities.

E-Booklet On Self-Esteem And Monthly Newsletters

I am very excited to be introducing my new e-booklet called, “Driving through Life with the Top Down, A Message of Hope.”

This e-booklet is about self-esteem and personal proof that our lives can be transformed. When we aren’t feeling good about ourselves, our choices will reflect it.

I chose the title above, in reference to my mustang convertible and the exhilaration of driving around with the top down. It is such a wonderful feeling of freedom and one that seems analogous to the feelings of freedom when we finally turn down the right road to becoming a healthier person. It isn’t always a smooth ride but it leads to a much happier and more rewarding destination.
