Sharon received her Reiki I, II, ART, Master & Karuna Reiki training from William Lee Rand at the International Center for Reiki Training in Southfield, Michigan. She received her Japanese Reiki Techniques training from Frank Arjavaï Petter, from Japan. She is founder of the Reiki Therapy Center of West Michigan, formally The Healing Touch. Sharon has expanded the Center to include Esalen (Atlantian) & Thai Massage (trained at Esalen), Harmonic Healing, Chair Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Crystal & Stone educational classes & therapy and sponsors Feng Shui and Sacred Earth Circle workshops. Sharon is also a Lymph Drainage Practitioner and received her training from the Upledger Institute. Chief White Eagle in Hot Springs, Arkansas trained Sharon in Cherokee Tribal Massage. The Center has a gift shop that offers a number of healing books and tools. Sharon is an ordained Reverend of the Universal Life Church.

She started dancing at the age of 5 and has a Russian Ballet background. She has taught Ballet, Jazz, Tap & Dance/Exercise Classes in California and now Middle Eastern Dance in Michigan. Her first Belly Dance class was in the mid-70's. "I refound my passion about 4 years ago. I have taken workshops with Bozenka, Jillina, Suhaila, Amaya, The Habibi Dancers and have studied with Linda J., Christina T., Cyrena W., Laura A. with a few classes from Karin R.
