Through a journey of over 10 years, Debra has created an all encompassing method of teaching Reiki that is unique and powerful called Sacred Vibrations.

Reiki is a Japanese word in which the first syllable, Rei, means spirit, aura or subtle energy. The second syllable, Ki, means energy or power. Different cultures and spiritual paths have other names such as Qi, Shakti,or Prana. In English we use terms such as Life-force, cosmic consciousness or divine energy.

Reiki is a hands-on method of a healing system for channeling Life Force. There is no use of the practitioners own energy, it is simply pure energy.

Reiki is an intelligent force, it goes where the body needs it. This Life-force energy works on all levels, - spiritual, mental, emotional and physical. It is a complete natural and holistic system.

Debra has been integrating the principles of Reiki into her own life for over 15 years.

She acquired her Reiki Master degree in 2005 and since then has been teaching classes in the Sacred Vibrations method of Reiki - a unique and all encompassing approach to Reiki that Debra has developed over the last 10 years

Her personal spiritual journey has included study with the 'Awareness Foundation' in Vancouver, B.C., the Transformational Arts College in Toronto and she has spent time at the Siddha Yoga Ashram in South Fallsberg New York. Debra has also practiced Kriya Yoga and continues to study the Course in Miracles.

My name is Debra Harding, ‘to know me is to love me’ is on my key chain that I have had for 20 years. This is how I feel it is for everyone. Once we know the true essence of ourselves, we can’t help but love others the same way. I have many relationships in my life, and the one that colors them all is my relationship with God.

Through many, many years of exploration through books, workshop, gatherings and several visits to an Ashram, I came to realize a common denominator…. Life Force/Universal Energy/Great Spirit, all of these words mean the same thing….God! It truly is just a word, Words really don’t describe the ‘experience’ of God. There simply are no words to describe the feeling of pure truth, knowing, light, love and bliss.

My connection to God to me is what life is…we are all God…beautiful, individual divine expressions of the Source of life.
