Sewall House is a summer/fall retreat
in a small town in northern Maine which
features yoga with NY city kundalini and hatha/astanga
instructor Donna Davidge as well as massage and
outdoor activities with goal of renewal
and increased self-awareness. Work study and
music program run by Donna's husband Kent Bonham.

Donna Amrita has been teaching since
1985 and is a certified Kundalini
and Yoga Alliance teacher with varied
and extensive teaching experience,
as well as having produced yoga videos
and audiocassettes. She also holds a
Masters in Nutrition and regularly
studies other types of yoga to further
her knowledge and practice. Donna has appeared
on radio and television, been quoted in national
magazines and writes Yoga articles for the Maine
publication Inner Tapestry.

Sewall House is a simple business in a
complicated world. We offer a small
friendly nurturing environment for
people to renew themselves away from
the trappings of their everyday lives.
Our schedule is flexible and we work
around the needs of our guests as best
we can.
