Agrippa von Nettesheim, Dutch physician from the 16th century once wrote, “A person who is ill is no longer in harmony with the universe.” In his book The World is Sound: Nada Brahma, Joachim-Ernst Berendt states that “The science of harmonics knows that any form of organic life---a fish, a flower, a leaf, a fruit, a beetle, any creature at all---is sound, that in fact even the ‘most beautiful’ forms of the inorganic world, the crystals, are sound.” When we take the word “person” back to its Greek root per son, it literally means “the sound passes through it.”

Scholar Thomas Michael Schmidt supports this link between planetary bodies and physical bodies:

This 3-day course is open to anyone interested in studying Acutonics. Participants explore the philosophy, cosmology, and scientific and mystical roots of Acutonics. A focus is placed on cross-cultural use of sound, concepts of the human body as a sound resonator, energy meridians and points as pathways for sound; cellular memory and reformatting.

Acutonics® Level II:

Higher Harmonics and the Inner Nature of Tone $450

This 3-day intensive deepens participants’ knowledge of the application of intervals to unique point combinations. Participants learn to work in between the physical and nonphysical energies of the body, integrating the low, middle and high frequency tuning forks, to access subtler vibrational states of awareness that allow deep transformation of the physical form.
