Pain and dis-ease are the result of an impeded flow of energy in the human energy field. The root cause of these energy blocks is often deeply ingrained emotional beliefs or mental patterns, dating back to childhood or before birth. My approach to health care is to diffuse the root cause of the problem. And, invariably, undernieth the "problem" lies pure love and light: your true nature! Your body is fully capable of healing itself. Sometimes we just need a nudge in the right direction, a bit of encouragement. I work with energy therapies, such as Reiki and muscle testing, and with high-vibrational materials such as essential oils, crystals, and herbs to facilitate healing and to help balance the body, mind and spirit.

I am available in my home office Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Sunday and Monday I am available for appointments in my office or at your home from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.

All sessions $60.00/hour or $30.00/half hour

Can be added to any session for $15.00

Can be added to any session for $3.00-$5.00 per oil.

Reiki:

Reiki is a powerful Japanese method of stress reduction which also promotes healing. The word Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) means universal life force energy. The Reiki method is a hands-on approach, and is done on a massage table with the client's clothes on. I always incorporate beautiful, relaxing music into the session, and I sometimes am intuitively inclined to use a pendulum, crystals or essential oils as well. Reiki can be classified as energy work. During your Reiki session, you will feel an wonderful sense of calm and relaxation. You may feel heat or slight electric-like impulses from the healing Reiki energy. After the session, you may find that you have a renewed sense of energy. Reiki tends to help balance your emotions, lift your spirit, and gives you a renewed sense of overall well-being.

Aromatherapy:

Aromatherapy is a very ancient form of healing in which essential oils are used for the various effects they have on your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. This is definitely a "whole you" approach to complementary health care. Essential oils can be used as perfumes or diffused in the air to promote emotional balance, and some can be taken internally or used on the skin or hair for thier proven antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal properties. The oils are especially effective when massaged into the skin because the molecules are very fine and absorb into your tissues very quickly to promote physical balance.

The Raindrop Technique:

The Raindrop Technique is an aromatherapy session in which specific essential oils are used for thier detoxifying qualities. The oils are "feathered" lightly along your spine and the on the soles of your feet. This technique is very relaxing. You may need to take a nap afterwards, which you are welcome to do on the table at my office. But following your nap, you will feel delightfully invigorated.

Emotional Stress Diffusion:

This is a technique for relieving emotional stress by diffusing the issue at the age or time of cause. Together, we will choose an issue that causes you stress, such as "Fear of Change" or "Feeling Helpless", and through muscle testing, visualization, and the sometimes the use of flower essences, we will find the age of cause, the first time this issue became a cause of stress in your life. Once we've found the age of cause, we can easily diffuse the issue. This is a powerful approach to stress relief, and the results are lasting.
