  • Bay State Academy of Reflexology-- Universal method- South African foot and hand. American Standard method-foot.


  • FJM REFLEXOLOGY- Taiwan foot method.

  • FLOCCO REFLEXOLOGY- American foot,hand and outer ear.

  • CRANIO SACRAL REFLEXOLOGY - European foot and hand, focusing on the reflexes of the head and spine.

  • REIKI- pure energy work which enhances your overall wellbeing.


  • ESSENTIAL OIL TRAINING- - this treatment uses organic medicinal quality herbal oils. An oil is used signally or in a combination of oils to assist in removing those roots of a illness we sometimes retain after being sick. Oils can be added to your Refelxology session.

  • EAR CONING- non intrusive, gentle method of removal. " I hear better"


  • The Natural School of Herbology- Phyllis is a practiced and trained herbalist. Designs, plants, cultivates, and harvests organic herbal gardens for homes offices and community centers.
