i treat depression, anxiety, stress, all addictions, domestic violence, sexual abuse, bipolar and all psychiatric disorders, eating disorders, anger management, grief, premarital and divorce counselling; i work with individuals, couples and families and am very skilled at marital counselling; i am an expert witness for post traumatic stress disorder, spousal battery and sexual harrassment; i lecture on stress management, toxic relationships, unblocking your creativity and strategies for inner peace.

i am a licensed psychotherapist and have worked in mental health since 1964; i studied at esalen institute in calif and at gestalt institute in miami for many years; i am extremely well-trained and experienced in all mental health issues and can offer in-depth therapy along with practical coping skills.

i am a gestalt therapist which means i work in the present and evaluate and clarify your process; i use whatever technique is appropriate and use humor, dreams, journalling, and art therapy; i believe in short-term therapy and don't enable dependency.

i accept most insurance carriers and use a sliding scale based on income; i work mainly afternoons and evenings with some mornings and weekends if necessary.
