Water Tiger School of T'ai Chi Ch'uan

Description

T'ai Chi Ch'uan, the centuries-old Chinese martial art for stress reduction, wellness, and self-defense. Medium-Frame Yang-style T'ai Chi and various Qigong are taught in Studio, Private, and Public Class settings, including an available older adults class. Small classes are held in a relaxed environment. Attention is given to each student; all are encouraged to progress at their own speed, with their own goals in mind.

"Warrior Wellness" programs are customized for the corporate environment, designed to help employees find and use their "personal reset buttons," and are facilitated through Water Tiger Services.

("Warrior Wellness" is a trademark of Water Tiger School of T'ai Chi Ch'uan)

Philosophy and Comments

"Serving and Being Served; Two Folds of the Same Garment."

It is the goal of Water Tiger School to expose our students to the ancient art of T’ai Chi Ch’uan, to create in our students a strong foundation of T’ai Chi upon which they will be able to continue to build through a lifetime, and to develop in our students an understanding of the balance in the universe.
