With Hot Stone Therapy, healing takes place on all levels. It can increase lymphatic and blood circulation, which helps to clear the body of toxins and revitalizing the immune system. Hot Stone Therapy also helps to decrease pain and muscle stiffness. The weight of the stones offers a comfortable pressure to the body's stress zones. Relaxation is induced very quickly allowing your body to begin healing itself.

Healing Sessions last 1hr or longer depending on what is needed. I ask for guidance from my Guides as well as from your Guides and spirit to help with all sessions. I do not base a healing by the hour but by the needs of my client. Example: a Reiki Session is $50 no matter how long it lasts.
