My name is Carna Zacharias-Miller, and I am a spiritual writer and a facilitator for emotional healing (EFT-CC, EFT-ADV).

My primary tool is called EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques),

a form of emotional acupressure. It is designed to release negative emotions fast, no matter how old they are. Sessions can easily be done over the phone.
