As a licensed massage therapist and trained energy healer, Jaz is able to work on a number of different levels to assist your healing process. The most accessible result of Swedish Massage is immediate relaxation, rejuvenation, and a deep sense of healthy inner peace. Chronic aches and pain, sore muscles, neck pain, low back pain, carpal tunnel, etc, are examples of some of the many physical conditions that are relieved by Swedish massage.
Jaz's style of Healing Massage is a unique blending of classic Swedish Massage informed and enhanced by years of energetic healing practice. Working from an energy-based frame of reference enhances and deepens the physical work, aligning the energy body with the physical body. From this place of alignment, healing can occur naturally, at a sustainable pace for the body-mind-spirit.
So, you can just relax and let the healing happen, without needing to interact much. Sometimes, that is truly all that we need. Other times, you might want or need to work a little harder to achieve the lasting inner revolution (!) that you may so deeply need.
