Our health retreats are designed to heal and rejuvenate the body and mind. This is not a spa experience; it is a comprehensive program that introduces a way of living that leads to sustainable good health. The combination of a living foods diet, exercise, colon care, health education classes, yoga, meditation and more allow a deep experience of well being that can not be found elsewhere. We specialize in helping people with weight loss issues, diabetes, chronic fatigue syndrome and other chronic conditions.

Aromatherapy has been used in her practice beginning with the understanding that she was practicing wellness. She became an aromatherapist to create her own products for the treatments she gave. Sea Salt Body Polishes, Facials and Hand and Foot treatments include use of her products during body treatments that are pure, natural and void of the toxins that her clients are seeking to release.

As her clients enjoyed the treatments, they asked about the aromas and oils. They wanted to have them at home, and thus Body Seasonings was born.

The center has 2 treatment rooms, office, waiting area(which is also used for gatherings) and a kitchen where she is blending herbs for all her products and preparing supplements for her weekly gatherings.

Blends are made for different mind/body and spirit conditions, and her natural handmade bath and body products are sold locally and available online.

Shiatsu; Asian Bodywork Therapy (ABT) from the traditional theory of Chinese Medicine and it's further development by Masunaga and Paulene Sasaki. Using stretching and pressure manipulation of the meridians of acupuncture and other Qi sensitive points. It is an effective way to treat the energetic aspect of illness or better yet to avoid energy inbalances that lead to disease according to Chinese Medicine Theory. Assessments are done using 5 Elements theory and 8 Extraordinary Channels in addition to 8 patterns and energetic scanning of the body. A shiatsu session can be filled with rigorous stretching or just light touch depending upon the effect desired and the inbalance to be treated. As one of the pillars of Chinese Medicine it treats illnesses that Acupuncture and Chinese Herbalogy treat but without insertion of needles...Sessions are 55 minutes and cost $75. The initial session which includes a more detailed assessment can last up to 90 minutes and cost $100.
